A highly respected Chicago-based litigation firm is seeking an attorney to join its growing personal injury practice. The firm has earned a strong reputation for representing individuals in complex injury and wrongful death matters and is recognized for its advocacy on behalf of vulnerable road users, including pedestrians and cyclists. Attorneys at the firm handle sophisticated litigation from case intake through resolution, working closely with clients and taking an active role in discovery, motion practice, depositions, negotiations, and trial preparation.

Job Details

Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in Illinois and in good standing
  • 3+ years of civil litigation experience
  • Preferred experience in personal injury / wrongful death but not required
